Fryers

Fryers are used to deep fry products, this continuous process leads to a consistent, high-quality end product. Fryer capacities can vary greatly and they can be heated with either gas, thermal oil, or electricity.

When dealing with coated products it is important to prevent the product from sticking to conveyor before the frying process begins, a teflon grill or infeed belt are often installed before continuous fryers to prevent this from happening.

Grillers

Grill markers are also called 'bar markers' and are used to add straight, oblique or chequered marks on food products, usually fish, meats and vegetables. They can also grill both sides of a product at the same time, and be adjusted according to the thickness of a product.
